The key to a successful overseas project is careful and thoroughly detailed planning right from the start. It’s no good running short of vital components half way through a job when you are thousands of miles away in say, Zimbabwe, for example!! It is also vital that the management and labour force are experienced in working in faraway, sometimes difficult surroundings and I believe OSi offer an unrivalled resource in this respect.
